Almond and cream semolina sweet recipe

1.25 cup Sugar
1.5 cup Semolina
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Rose water
2 tins NESTLÉ Cream
1 cup Almonds

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. In a large saucepan, melt sugar over low heat until it adopts a caramel like color. Add semolina and butter and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add rose water, stirring constantly over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1 tin of NESTLÉ Cream.
Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and leave aside to cool.
Before serving, garnish with the toasted chopped almonds and spoon the remaining NESTLÉ Cream on top.
