Almond, White Wine and Coriander Dukkah

Ingredients for 2 portions
1/2 cup roughly chopped almonds
1/2 cup white wine
1 t garlic paste or crushed garlic (or, garlic and ginger)
2 T chopped coriander
3 T butter
Salt and pepper to taste
- Prep. Time → 5 min
- Cook Time → 20 min
- Level → Easy
1 Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
2 Once it starts foaming, add almonds. Stir gently until browned.
3 Add wine and cook until liquid has reduced by two thirds.
4 Stir in the garlic, coriander, and seasoning, and leave to cook until mixture is moist but has no excess liquid.
5 Serve with fish or as a dip.
