Baked Cod Filet of Michelle - Recipefy

1-2 pounds boneless cod
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 - 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs (such as Ritz or the generic equivalent)
1 tablespoon parsley
Paprika

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

2. Combine the parsley and cracker crumbs.

3. Mix together the butter and lemon juice in a shallow dish.

4. Roll the filets through the butter mixture.

5. Press the filets into the cracker crumbs - flipping to coat both sides.

6. Place filets in a shallow baking dish and pour remaining liquid around the filets.

7. Bake for 8-12 minutes (or less if using thin filets) or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
