Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients for 6 servings
6 boneless ricken breast halves
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2tsp pepper
1/2tsp salt
2Tbs olive oil
5Tb white wine
1/4c balsamic vinegar
- Cook Time → 20 min
1 Rince chicken and pat dry
2 Combine garlic, pepper, and salt in a small bowl
3 Place chicken in a greased roasting pan or skillet (or large bowl if you dont have room for this in the fridge) and drizzle with olive oil
4 Rub spice mixture on chicken and refrigerate overnight
5 Preheat oven to 450 F and bake for 10 minutes
6 Add 3Tbs wine and turn chicken over
7 Bake another 10 minutes or until juices run clear
8 Add remaining wine and stir with any drippings
9 Drizzle vinegar over chicken
10 Stir all liquid in pan and drizzle over chicken to serve
