3 medium mashed bananas
3 eggs
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup apple sauce
2 cups gluten free flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Directions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Grease the bottom of the loaf pan.
2. Mix bananas, eggs, oil, honey, and applesauce in a large bowl.
3. Stir in flour, salt, baking soda, and dairy free chocolate chips.
4. Bake the loaf for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
5. Let cool for 10 minutes.

I modified the banana bread recipe I found on Betty Crocker (https://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/banana-bread/51427396-6764-4b0a-a73a-78c683c703d2). I made it gluten free, dairy free, and significantly reduced the sugar. I added sweetness with the honey, applesauce, and dairy free chocolate chips. The recipe ended up making a banana bread that was a little denser, less sweet, and had a little bit less moisture. It still had the banana flavor and texture you look for in a banana bread though.
