BANG BANG SHRIMP of Aisha Mohd - Recipefy

marination
king shrimps 1kg
salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder 1/2tsp
garlic powder 1/2tsp

for coating
corn flour 1 cup
eggs 2

for sauce:
mayo 3/4 cup
Thai sweet chilli sauce 1/2 cup
peanut butter 1tbs
Sriracha hot sauce 2 to 3tbsp

for serving
lettuce 2 cups (finely sliced)
spring onion green only 1 (sliced)
for frying oil can deep fry or shallow fry.

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. 1: in a bowl add the shrimps, salt, black pepper, garlic powder mix well.

2. 2: beat the eggs, dip each piece in the egg then roll in the corn flour and keep aside.

3. 3: heat oil and fry the shrimps till golden on both sides on medium flame for 2 minutes on each side, place them on paper towel to remove extra oil (make sure the oil is hot and do not over crowed the pan).

4. 4: in a bowl add mayo, sweet chilli sauce, peanut butter, Sriracha sauce mix well and add the fried shrimps toss and coat them well.

5. 5: serve it on the lettuce and garnish it with spring onion.

6. 6: enjoy.
