Bean and pasta stew

1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can kidney beans
1 tsp worstershire sauce
1 can chopped tomatoes
3tbsp fresh or dried basil
1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
3/4 cups elbow macaroni

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 45 min

1. In a medium to large soup pan add olive oil, chopped onion and galic and saute until tender

2. Add drained garbanzo beans, drained kidney beans, worstershire sauce, tomatoes, basil, and stock

3. Simmer 30 minutes

4. Boil macaroni partially done add to stew

5. Simmer another 15 minutes
