Beef and root vegetable stew recipe

1 lb stewing meat, cut in bite size peices
1 onion chooped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 large potato, peeled and diced
1 tsp dried or fresh rosemary
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp tomato paste
4 cups beef stock
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 chopped parsley
1 salt and pepper

1. 1. In a big soup pot preheating over medium high heat, add olive oil.

2. 2.On the plate with the uncooked meat, sprinkle flour over it; season with salt and pepper; toss in flour.

3. 3.Put meat in hot pot; let beef cook 3 to 4 mins till brown; take out and put on plate

4. 4.Add more olive oil in soup pot; add veggies in pot; salt and pepper; stir. Let cook 8 to 10 mins, till veggies cook down.

5. 5. Add tomato paste; mix 30 secs.

6. 6.Add beef back in, stir; add beef stock and dried rosemary, worshire sauce: bring to a boil, medium-low, lid half on; let cook an hour and half.

7. 7.Add parsley: stir~

8. 8.Serve over egg noodles.
