Belgian waffles recipe

2/3 tsp yeast
2 3/4 cups cake flour
4 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup melted butter
2 eggs separated: (yolks and whites)
1 1/2 cups warm milk, warmed up to about 115*
2 tsp vanilla extract

1. 1. Warm up the milk, and put in large measuring cup.

2. 2. Add in yeast on top, and sugar: set aside.

3. 3.In the bowl with egg whites, use hand mixer, and whisk till light and frosty. Stiff peaks.

4. 4.when yeast is done, add sugar, vanilla extract, egg yolks, and butter in measuring cup: whisk together.

5. 5. Pour measuring cup in a bowl with the dry ingredients (flour) mix together:

6. 6.Add egg whites: fold in till combined.

7. 7.cover with plastic wrap: put some where, and let rise for an hour:

8. 8.use waffle iron maker, and preheat it: use non stick spray:

9. 9.take laddle and scoop on waffle maker :p

10. 10.when done, place on wired rack: so it can cool all around, and stay in a nice texture.

11. 11.add chopped strawberries on top, and syrup.
