175g unsealed butter
200g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
75g cocoa powder
100g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
300g golden caster sugar
4 large eggs

1 Heat oven to 180 degrees. Line a 20 x30cm baking tin.
2 Melt the butter & chocolate together in a bowl over a pan of boiling water, mixing until smooth.
3 In a separate bowl mix together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and sugar.
4 Add these dry ingredients to the melted chocolate. Beat the eggs together before gradually adding to the chocolate mixture.
5 Pour into the baking tin and place in the oven. It should still be soft to the touch and a little bit sticky when finished.
