Ingredients for 12 muffins
360g of plain flour
370g of caster sugar
1 tsp of salt
1 and a half tsp of baking powder
1 and a half tsp of bicarb of soda
375ml of buttermilk/ 1 quarter of natural yoghurt to 3 quarters of whole milk
half a tsp of vanilla extract
70g of unsalted butter, melted
Tub of blueberries

1 THESE MUFFINS ARE DELICIOUS YET SOOOO SIMPLE TO MAKE!!! :^)
Put the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and bicarb of soda in a bowl and mix.
2 Put the buttermilk (or yoghurt and milk mix), egg, vanilla extract and melted butter into a jug and whisk.
3 Slowly pour the buttermilk mixture into the flour mixture and beat with an electric whisk.
4 Finally fold in the blueberries.
5 Spoon the mix into muffin cases and bake until golden- brown.
6 EAT- YUM!!!
