Brownie ice cream bars recipe

1/2 cup of unsalted butter, at room temp.
1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate, melted
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp warm water
1 tsp instant espresso powder
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups ice cream (vanilla)
1 1/2 cups fresh sliced strawberries
1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup heavy cream

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. 1. Preheat oven at 350*.

2. 2. Take a 9x9 baking square pan, with parchment paper sprayed with non stick spray.

3. 3. In a bowl add butter & sugar. Use hand mixer and mix.

4. 4. Add eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix.

5. 5. Add melted bittersweet chocolate: make sure it's cooled or it will scramble the eggs. Mix.

6. 6. Add dry ingredients in bowl: mix.

7. 7. Pour batter in baking dish: spread to make even. Put in oven 30 mins, or until fully cooked. Let cool compelelty for several hours.

8. 8. Take softened ice cream, and pour over brownie base: spread to make even: take cut halved strawberries, and put on top of ice cream.

9. 9. Cover with plastic wrap, and put in freezer for several hours till nice and frozen.

10. 10.in a sauce pan, add heavy cream: pour cream in a measuring cup with semi sweet chocolate chips. Let aside for 3 mins.

11. 11. Whisk together till dark color:

12. 12. Take spatula, and pour gauche on ice cream: work quickly, and spread evenly:

13. 13.put back in freezer, for a another hour till top is set: take out 5 mins before cutting.

14. 14.take out out baking pan. Take sharp knife, and cut till cuts ^ and put on white rectangle platter.
