carrot pudding  of Balvinder Kaur - Recipefy

Ingredients
Carrots grated - 3 cup
Sugar-1 cup
Dry fruits -3 tsp
Pure ghee - 1 tsp
Full cream powder milk - 8 tsp
Coconut powder 3 tsp

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. Recipe for khoya.
1.In heavy pot add water and mix powder full cream milk
2.Add coconut powder in this milk and keep stirring on low flam till granule paste appears
3.keep aside

2. Main recipe
1.In heavy pot add pure ghee
2.Add grated carrots
3.Add dry fruits when carrots are half cooked
4.Carrots will change colour when fully cooked
5.Add sugar
6.Now carrots will left water.Let it dry fully
7.Add khoya
8.Serve it hot or cold
