30ml sherry
6 small meringues, broken
250ml readymade custard
250g strawberries, sliced
250ml cream, stiffly whipped
125ml prepared jelly
mint leaves to garnish

1. Arrange the chocolate cake cubes in 4 glasses and sprinkle with sherry
2. top with meringue pieces, followed by custard, strawberries and cream
3. spoon jelly on top and garnish with mint leaves
