2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
8 Tbsp cold unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 egg
1 egg wash: (one egg beaten with a touch of water)
1 raw sugar

Prep. Time → 8 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. 1. preheat oven to 400*.

2. 2. Take a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.

3. 3.In a big bowl with flour, add baking soda, salt, baking powder. Mix together and add bowl in standing mixer.

4. 4.Add the sugar and butter. Mix together till butter breaks down.

5. 5.In the bowl with heavy cream, add egg, vanilla extract: mix together.

6. 6.pour wet ingredients in standing mixer. Mix till dough form: then add chocolate chips.

7. 7.put flour to work surface. Put dough on table, and sprinkle some flour on dough.

8. 8.use rolling pin, and make a rectangle. Take a knife, and cut in half, and half again. Till you get 8 triangles.

9. 9.On a baking sheet, add triangles, on parchment paper. Brush the tops with egg wash: sprinkle raw sugar on top.

10. 10.Put in oven 18 mins till golden brown. Let cool 15 mins
