Fresh homemade tomato soup recipe

6 fresh tomatoes, halved
10 cloves of garlic: peeled and quarted
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 cup fresh basil
1 onion, peeled and quarted
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp dried oregano
1 pinch of hot pepper flakes
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup vegetable stock
1 salt and pepper

1. 1. In a rectangle baking dish with parchment paper, add tomatoes. Add garlic in dish:

2. 2.And onion: hot pepper flakes, oregano, sugar, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper:

3. 3.mix together: in oven 425* for an hour till roast:

4. 4.put tomato mixture in blender: puree.

5. 5.Take a sauce pan, and put purée mixture in it. Heat on, add vegetable stock:

6. 6.being to a boil, and simmer for 5 mins
