Fruit salsa

Ingredients for 8 people
2 Medium Granny Smith Apples, chopped
4 C. Strawberries, chopped
1 Kiwi, chopped
Juice and Zest from 1 large Orange
2 T. Brown Sugar
18 small Flour Tortillas
Cinnamon Sugar
Water in a spray bottle
Directions
1. Combine first five ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate.
2. Lay out flour tortillas in a stack on a cutting board, and cut into eighths to make triangular shaped chips.
Lay chips out on parchment on a baking sheet (or on two baking sheets). Lightly spray chips with water, and then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
