1 graham cracker crust
5 packages of cream cheese at room temp.
1 cup sour cream
1 lemon zest
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup Splenda sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 spring form pan

1. 1. Spray inside spring form pan with non stick spray: put the graham cracker crust inside spring form pan.

2. 2.put cream cheese in bowl: add sugar, the eggs, sour cream, flour, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Salt. Mix together.

3. 3.pour batter inside spring form pan. Smooth together: bake 325* for 1 hour And 20 mins.

4. 4.take out of spring form pan, and put on cake plate stand. Spread the top with cheery preserves, and add fresh berries and raspberries on top.
