Gourmet ramen - ( egg, spam, ham ramen )
Nissin Demae Ramen Japanese Noodle
Spinach or any other salad leaves
XO Sauce (I like Lee Kum Kee brand and the Extra hot version, which actually isn't that spicy)
German ham (You can use any type of ham really)
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 15 min
Slice up some spam, add to a hot wok/pan, no need for any oil, as the spam is oily as it is. Pan fry the spam for a minute or too until it turns a bit darker in colour.
Boil some water add to a pan, then add the dry noodles. Boil for couple of minutes (You can follow the instructions on the packet). Once the noodles are done, remove and drain the water. Boil some more water and add to a bowl, then add contents of flavouring sachet from the noodles into the water and mix. Then Add the cooked noodles.
Quickly Fry an egg (I find sunny side up looks and tastes the best)
4. Add Spam, some slices of ham, spinach or other leaves into the noodles then lay the fried egg on top. You can put some XO sauce on top of everything for a bit extra taste and spicyness.
