Greek Salad Recipe of  Theodoros Dionysiou - Recipefy

200g feta cheese, diced
500g fresh tomatoes, diced
500g cucumbers, diced
1 red onion, medium, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
100g black olives
80ml olive oil
40ml red wine vinegar (optional)
1 tbsp oregano
salt to taste

Prep. Time → 15 min

1. Wash and cut all vegetables as indicated.

2. Combine feta cheese, tomato, cucumber, onion, black olives and pepper in a salad bowl.

3. Combine olive oil and vinegar in a jar, close tightly and shake well.

4. Pour over salad and season with salt to taste. Sprinkle with oregano and serve.
