Gyoza Dipping Sauce of Kelly Barton - Recipefy

3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp grated/minced ginger (or more)
1 tsp sriracha sauce (more or less depending how spicy you like it)
1 spring onion
1 tsp sesame seeds

1. In a small bowl or ramekin add the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and sriracha sauce. Whisk them together.

2. Grate the garlic and ginger and add to the sauce.

3. Garnish with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds and allow to marinade for 5 mins.
