Italian meatballs

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, grated
1 egg
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/3 C. Italian seasoned dried bread crumbs

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well, just until combined.
3. Roll meat into about Tbsp sized balls (size of a ping pong).
4. Bake 14-18 minutes (depending on size).
5. Can serve right away, or let cool and freeze for later.
