Korean pancake flour
Eggs
Green onions
Diced red/ green chili
Peeled prawns
Shelled clams
Soy sauce
White vinegar

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Pancake
1. Mix pancake flour with water. Batter should be runny.
2. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
3. Slice the green onions into quarters and lay out on a heat pan with oil.
4. Add a layer of batter, and place the chili, prawns and clams in.
5. Top off with a layer of egg mixture.
6. Flip and its ready!

2. Dipping sauce
1. Mix soy sauce with white vinegar in a 5:1 ratio.
2. Add green onions and chili.
