2 Cups Haricot Beans
2 Onions
3 Cloves Garlic
1tsp minced chilli / sambal olek
2 Bay Leaves
1/4 Cup Golden Syrup
140g Tomato Paste
1 tsp Ground Ginger
2 tbls Yellow Mustard Seeds
2 tbl Worcestershire Sauce
3 Cups Boiling Water

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 480 min

1. Place beans in slow cooker

2. Peeland slice onions

3. Crush peel and chop garlic

4. Add all other ingredients and combine

5. Cook on High for 8 Hours
