1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
½ cup oil
2 cups of Aunt Jemima Pancake Mix (Original)
3 eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 cup of milk
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 40 min

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Put all the first 6 ingredients into a blender, mix well.

3. Pour into 13X9 cake pan and bake for 30-40 minutes (until top is golden). Let cake cool.

4. Optional: prepared whipped cream and canned sliced peaches

5. Mix together remaining ingredients (the milks and vanilla) in large bowl and slowly pour over the cooled cake. The milks will soak into the cake. Optional: When the liquid soaks in, frost the top of the cake with whip cream and add sliced peaches (on top of the whipped cream) for decoration. When Mayra makes it, she places a peace slice on every portion (that’s how she knows how many portions she has).

6. Enjoy!
