Moroccan Vegetable Stew

Ingredients for 4
1/2 Butternut squash
1 Sweet potato
1 Onion
1 Can of crush tomatos (796ml)
1 Clove of garlic
1/2 Tsp of cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp of cumin powder
1 Can of chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
- Prep. Time → 15 min
- Cook Time → 480 min
- Level → Easy
1 Chop and dice onions and add them into a medium heated pan for a couple of minutes until they are soft. In your slow cooker add your softened onions, 1 cup of crushed tomatos, 1 diced sweet potato, 1/2 butternut squash, garlic, cumin powder, cayenne pepper and slow cook it for 7 and 1/2 hours.
2 Around the 7 1/2 hour mark, add your 1 can of chickpeas (drained & strained) and let it stew for the remainder time.
