Mushrooms on toast of Forbidden - Recipefy

6 slices ciabatta bread
1 garlic clove
200g assorted mushrooms
45ml butter
squeeze of lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
30ml olive oil
parsley, to taste

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 3 min

1. Toast the ciabatta and rub with garlic while still hot

2. Chop mushrooms roughly, reserving smallest ones for later.

3. heat butter until bubbling. Add mushrooms and lemon juice and season.

4. Stir-fry over high heat for a 2min.

5. Add small mushrooms and adjust seasoning.

6. Remove from heat.

7. Drizzle toast with oil, arrange mushrooms on top and sprinkle with parsley
