Pie de Peanut butter con Tofu of Nathalie Sicard Salcedo - Recipefy

One already-made pie crust
One 12.3-ounce package extra firm silken tofu
1 cup unsalted creamy peanut butter
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
5 tablespoons agave nectar
2 tablespoons unsweetened plain plant-based milk

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 120 min

1. Place the tofu, peanut butter, vanilla, agave, and plant-based milk in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth, fluffy, and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.

2. Spoon into the pie shell.

3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm and serve.
