Ingredients for 1 whole chicken
1.5kg whole chicken
salt
pepper
60ml olive or sunflower oil
juice of half a lemon
5ml crushed garlic
15ml paprika
1ml peri peri

Directions
1. Cut chicken next to back bone and flatten.
2. Spice with salt and pepper.
3. Place in oven dish and drip oil and lemon juice over.
4. Mix garlic, peri peri and paprika.
5. Rub into chicken
6. bake at 180degrees celcius for 1 and a half hours.
7. Pour pan sauces over chicken every now and then
8. Serve with fries
