raspberry creme brulee recipe
Recipe by1/2 cup heavy cream, lightly whipped
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened at room temp
1/3 cup confectioner sugar
6 oz container of fresh raspberries
2 Tbsp granulated sugar, (pluse extra for sprinkling)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 5 min
1. * Put your heavy cream in a medal or glass container and put in freezer for 10 mins; easy to whip.*
2. 1. In a saucepan, add fresh raspberries, and sugar; In a bowl, zest lemon and add juice of lemon in sauce pan.
3. 2.In a measuring cup, add heavy cream, and whip to stiff peaks.
4. 3.In a bowl with the lemon zest, add add cream cheese. Add sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix together.
5. 4.Add in heavy cream in bowl. Mix together;
6. 5.On a baking sheet with foil, add ramkin cups on it. Take your raspberry mixture and divide in cups. Take your cream mixture, and add on top.
7. 6.Sprinkle about a TBSP of sugar on top, each ramkin and use a small blow tourch, carmalize the sugar until it's golden and blubbly.
