Ricotta meatballs
Recipe by250g Ricotta
breadcrumbs
2 little eggs
3 spoons Parmigiano
100g wurstel (or speck or tuna or ham)
2 spoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
Prep. Time → 30 min
Cook Time → 20 min
1. lay the Ricotta in a bowl and smash it with a fork.
2. add the 2 eggs and mix it until it s like a cream.
3. add Parmigiano and mix it, add salt and mix it.
4. then add the flor and mix it.
5. cut the wurstel in little cubes (5mm) add them to the dough and mix.
6. use to wet teaspoons to shape the meatballs,
7. cover them with breadcrumbs.
8. heat the oven till 200° then bake the meatballs for about 20'
