Sausage soup

Ingredients for 4 people

1 litre of water
1 teaspoon of salt
8 potatoes
2 stock cubes
300 grams of wiener sausages
200 grams of frozen vegetables
1 onion

  • Prep. Time → 10 min
  • Cook Time → 20 min
  • Level → Easy

1 Peel and cut the potatoes. Boil the water, add salt, potatoes and stock cubes. Let boil for 10 minutes.

2 Cut wiener sausages and onion and fry them in a drop of oil.

3 Add the wiener sausages, minced onion and frozen vegetables in the soup. Let boil 5-10 minutes.

4 You can also add allspice and paprika powder to add some more taste to the soup.
