Spicy grilled chicken salad with avocado recipe

1 lb thinly sliced chicken breast
1 packet taco seasoning
1 head of lettuce
2 ripened tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup small red onion, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
1 salt and pepper

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. 1. In a bowl, add the uncooked chicken breast. Add the olive oil, and taco seasoning; toss together to coat well.

2. 2.Take chicken and put on grill pan, medium high heat; 3 to 4 mins on one side.

3. 3.In a plate, add lettuce. cut tomato in wedges, and put on plate. Cut onion, cut avocado.

4. 4.When chicken is done, put on clean plate.

5. 5.Cut limes (2 or 4 limes) and squeese limes in measuring cup. Cut clinatro, finely chopped, and put in meaursing cup. Add salt and pepper, and olive oil. Mix together.

6. 6.Pour vingrette on plate, mostly on avocado; take grilled chicken and put on plate.
