Stuffed Pepper / Stuffed Tomato in Wok

Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers and/or Tomatoes Steamed in Wok
3 Green Peppers & 3 Tomatoes, or 6 Peppers or 6 Tomatoes, 1 pound of ground beef, 1 onion, 1 cup of cooked rice (brown or white), 1 egg, 1 small can of Tomato Paste, salt, pepper, oregano, chili powder if desired.

- Cook Time → 40 min

1 Cut top off of Peppers & Tomatoes. Hollow out Peppers & Tomatoes.
Brown onion and ground beef in a frying pan.
Cook rice as directed.
20 minutes
2 Drain & Combine beef & onion, rice, egg, tomato paste, salt, pepper, oregano, chili pepper.
3 Scoop mixture into Peppers/Tomatoes.
4 Boil approximately 1 inch of water in the bottom of a Wok. Place a dinner plate in the Wok. Put the Peppers/Tomatoes on dinner plate and cover. Check boiling water, add water, if necessary.
15 -20 minutes
