Super Easy Cheat Singapore Noodles

Ingredients for 2 people
1 pack of pre-cooked rice noodles, 1/2 a bell pepper(sliced), 2 tbsp soy sauce, a handful of prawns or chicken strips, a little water.
- Prep. Time → 5 min
- Cook Time → 10 min
- Level → Easy
1 Get a saucepan and add a spoonful of oil. Add the prawns/chicken and pepper and fry them until they are cooked through.
2 Add the noodles and soy sauce, and water, put the lid on and let it cook for 2 mins.
3 Finito!
