Sweet Heat Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients for 3 Cups
1 Onion - Finely Chopped
6 Jalapeños - Finely Chopped
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup Strawberry Jam
2 tsp Chilli Powder
1 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup Beer
- Level → Easy
1 Fry onion until soft.
2 Add the rest of the ingredients and heat through.
