Tortellini soup

8 C. Chicken Stock
1 20 oz. package Cheese Filled Tortellini
1 Can Cannelini Beans (15 oz.)
2 Cans Diced Italian Tomatoes (15 oz. each)
1/2 C. Shredded Fresh Basil
3 T. Balsamic Vinegar
1 C. Shredded Parmesan Cheese (not grated)

1. Bring chicken stock to a boil.
Add tortellini and beans, cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vinegar and basil.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
