Traditional fish curry of Steffina David - Recipefy

ITEM NO 1
1 spoon of fennel seeds (sombu)
1 spoon of fenugreek(venthayam)
1spoon of seeragam
1spoon of pepper
20 red chillies
Curry leaves (20 leaves)

ITEM NO 2

10 small onion
15 garlic
3 tomato
3 green chillies
10 coriander leaves

1. Step 1> Roast the ITEM NO 1 in the dry PAN for 2-3 mins and make it as a fine powder
Step 2> Add 2-3 spoon of oil and roast the items mentioned under ITEM NO 2 and graind it into fine paste
Step 3 > Add 100 ml of gingerly oil and 100 ml of refined oil in a pan ,allow it to get heat
Step 4>put 5-10 small onion and 5 pieces of garlic and allow it get roast
Step 5> add 3 red chillies
Step 6> put 4 tomotos and toast it till it gets smashed
Step 7> add 1 1/2 spoon of chilli powder
Step 8> add 2 1/2 spoon of coriander powder
Step 9 > 3/4 spoon of turmeric powder
Step 10> add salt as per taste
Step 11> add the item no 1 and item no 2 along with this and fry it until oil comes out
Step 12> then add puli water (orange size ) to this and allow it to boil well
Step 13> add the fish pieces and allow it to get cooked for 10 mins
Step > finally add coriander leaves and curry leaves on top of the curry
