Vegetable Beef Soup (230 Calories for 2 Cups)

Ingredients for 5 servings
1/2 lb of ground beef
1 medium potato (cut into cubes)
1 small can tomato paste
4 cups of chicken broth
1 can of green beans
1/2 cup of frozen corn
1/2 cup of carrots
1 tsp of garlic
Italian season (or whatever you have...salt, garlic, oregano, pepper, etc)
- Prep. Time → 2 min min
- Cook Time → 20-30 min
- Level → Easy
1 Brown hamburger meat and drain.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Cook until potatoes and carrots are soft.
Enjoy! ONLY 230 calories for 2 cups
