1. 1 Large Red Onion (Chopped)
2. 2 Table Spoons Butter
3. 1 Table Spoon Grated Fresh Ginger
4. 3 Cloves Garlic
5. 4 Cups Cubed Butternut Squash
6. 2 Carrots (Diced Shaped)
7. 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
8. 1 Cup Frozen Corn Kernels
9. 1 Table Spoon Red Wine Vinegar
10. Salt
11. 1 Cup Heavy Cream

1. Take a large pan on an oven with medium heat level. Melt the butter first. Add some onion, garlic with the butter. Now cook them for around 8 minutes. Next add ginger, carrots, and butternut squash with the mixture and cook for more than 20 minutes.

2. At the same time while the mixture is cooking, make some salsa. Take a skillet oven with high temperature and add oil. Next add some corn kernels and tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add vinegar and salt. Now mix the salsa with the soup and serve the dish. You can eat wheat bread recipe with the vegetable.
