Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. Start by putting on a pot of rice to cook (cooking time varies but it usually stays around 20- 30 mins). I am a fan of Jasmine rice personally but there are many fantastic rices out there.

2. Rinse and chop all of your vegetables into desired bite sized pieces

3. In a Walk or large skillet heat olive oil and a small amount of the liquid aminos

4. Add in your Carrots, Peppers, and Onion and saute for 5 minutes

5. Add in the rest of your vegetables and Aminos, saute until vegetables are at a good texture (I prefer them a little on the soft side, some like it a bit more crunchy)

6. Serve over white or brown rice
