Zucchini bread

Ingredients for 2 Bread pans: 8 pieces each pan

Wet:
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups zucchini

Dry:
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon

  • Prep. Time → 15 min
  • Cook Time → 60 min
  • Level → Medium

1 Wet: Beat together eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and zucchini

2 Dry: Mix together flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon

3 Add the wet to the dry and stir together thoroughly

4 Pour into two bread pans

5 Bake at 350 for 60 to 50 minutes
