Ingredientes para makes about 8 L

4 cans mushroom stems and pieces, chopped
4 jars sweet cocktail onions, chopped
2 (1.5 L) bottles ketchup
473 mL canola oil
2 cans black olives, pitted, sliced
2 jars green olives, pitted, sliced
small jar pimiento, chopped
1 jar dill pickles
2 heads cauliflower, chopped
1 can green beans, chopped
1 can wax beans, chopped
340 g. frozen shrimp, peeled, tails removed, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 red peppers, chopped
tobasco sauce, to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced

  • T. Preparacion → 60 min
  • T. Cocinado → 25 min
  • Nivel → Medio

1 Mix everything but shrimp and peppers in a large saucepan, draining cans and jars of their liquid.

2 Cook 15 minutes over medium heat, or until heated through.

3 Add peppers and shrimp. Cook 10 minutes on low, stirring constantly.

4 Pack in jars.
