Chocolate Puddle Pudding

Ingredientes
170g (6oz) - Self Raising Flour
45g (1½ oz) - Cocoa Powder
120g (4oz) - Caster Sugar
120g (4oz) - Butter or Margarine, melted
½ Teaspoon - Vanilla Essence
45g (1½ oz) - Cocoa Powder
45g (1½ oz) - Brown Sugar
425ml (¾ pint) Hot Water
- T. Preparacion → 30 min
- T. Cocinado → 30 min
- Nivel → Facil
1 Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
2 Mix Self-Raising Flour, Cocoa Powder, Caster Sugar, melted Butter/Margarine and Vanilla Essence together thoroughly in an oven proof casserole dish.
3 Clean the sides with a spatula and spread the mix across the bottom of the dish.
4 Sprinkle with the Cocoa Powder and Brown Sugar then gently on to cake mixture and pour on the Hot Water.
5 Cook in oven until the cake rises through the puddle of chocolate sauce..
