Ingredientes para 4 people
For dough:
0.5 kg white flower
1 egg
1 egg-white
2. spoons of yogurt
1 dcl of warm milk
Dry yeast
Olive oil
Red pepper
For filling:
0.5 kg Spinach
0.25 kg Fresh cheese
2 small onions
Prosciutto
2 spoons of parmesan
Salt, pepper, basil
- T. Preparacion → 30-45 min
- T. Cocinado → 30-45 min
- Nivel → Medio
1 Make the dough and let it rest while you make the filling. Once the filling is done fill the dough with it and sculpture the desired shape.
2 Put them in the oven and spread the left over egg yolk over them.
