Pol Roti, Coconut Flatbread

Ingredientes para 10 blatbreads

10 tbsp flour (heapfull)
5 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm water, (chicken or vegetable stew)
1,5 tbsp olive oil (or vegetable oil)
vegetable oil for frying

  • T. Preparacion → 45 min
  • T. Cocinado → 25 min
  • Nivel → Facil

1 Mix flour, coconut and salt.

2 Add warm water and combine together until it forms a non sticky dough.

3 Add oil and combine again.

4 On a flat surface, using a rolling-pin roll flatbreads 15 cm in diameter, use flour to prevent the dough from sticking to the flat surface or rolling pin.

5 Heat the frying pan to medium heat, fry each flatbread on both sides for about a minute, each time adding a tsp of vegetable oil.

6 Serve in room temperature.
