Turkey Salad (194 cals)

Ingredientes para 1 person

Veggie oil
1 chopped shallot
1 sliced red chillies
100g of turkey mince
Juice of a lime
1 tbsp of soft brown sugar
2 tbsp of fish sauce
1 shredded Baby Gem lettuce
Carrot ribbons (with a tattie peeler)
Couple of mint leaves

  • T. Preparacion → 10 min
  • T. Cocinado → 20 min
  • Nivel → Facil

1 Add 1 tbsp oil to pan. When hot add shallots and 1/2 of chilli and cook for 3 mins, then tip in the mince and cook until brown and cooked through. Mix the lime juice, sugar and fish sauce, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Pour half over the mince and bubble for 1 min. Mix rest of the ingredients and top with the turkey mix and sprinkle with chilli slices and mint leaves
