Turkish-Style Kofta Kebabs

Ingredientes para 4-6 people

750g lamb mince
half onion, finely chopped
45ml fresh white bread crumbs
2 garlic cloves, crushed
5ml ground cumin
5ml ground coriander
5ml ground paprika
2,5ml ground chilli powder
salt and pepper, to taste
1 large egg yolk

  • T. Preparacion → 20 min
  • T. Cocinado → 30 min
  • Nivel → Facil

1 Combine ingredients in a bowl

2 with wet hands, take handfuls of mixture and form sausage shapes

3 insert onto fresh rosemary stalks (or kebab sticks) and chill for 30min

4 Heat a little oil on a flat griddle pan and grill kebabs until cooked, about 2-3min a side.

5 *also good for BBQ grill
