Vegan Gluten Free Banana Pancakes

Ingredientes

1 cup rice flour (or gluten free flour of your choice)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
pinch cinnamon
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup almond milk ( or other non-dairy milk of your liking)
1 over ripe banana mashed

  • T. Preparacion → 10 min
  • T. Cocinado → 5 min

1 Mix together the dry ingredients

2 Add the wet ingredients to the dry. Mix together and let set 2-5 minutes

3 Pour in 1/3 cup scoops onto a hot griddle and cook till both sides are golden brown and slightly crisp

4 Top with your choice of fresh fruit, butter, or syrup and enjoy!
