Yummy Soy Free Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredientes
1 clove garlic
2 carrots
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1 yellow summer squash
1 small zucchini
4 baby portabella mushrooms
1 brocoli crown
1/2 yellow onion
1 tsp olive oil
2-4 tbsp Dr. Braggs Liquid Aminos (your soy sauce replacer. It is a soy derived product that is safe for people with sever soy allergies)
Optional Add Ins:
Water Chestnuts
Snow Peas (or sweet peas)
Chicken
Bean Sprouts
Tofu
Peanuts or Almonds
Fried or Scrambled Egg
- T. Preparacion → 15 min
- T. Cocinado → 15 min

1 Start by putting on a pot of rice to cook (cooking time varies but it usually stays around 20- 30 mins). I am a fan of Jasmine rice personally but there are many fantastic rices out there.
2 Rinse and chop all of your vegetables into desired bite sized pieces
3 In a Walk or large skillet heat olive oil and a small amount of the liquid aminos
4 Add in your Carrots, Peppers, and Onion and saute for 5 minutes
5 Add in the rest of your vegetables and Aminos, saute until vegetables are at a good texture (I prefer them a little on the soft side, some like it a bit more crunchy)
6 Serve over white or brown rice
